Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges
Here's the deal. If you want to return or exchange your mattress for whatever reason other than the manufacturer defect or damage, the return will fall under Buyer's Remorse.
Now, you might be wondering, "What makes our return policy awesome?" Well, this sounds crazy, but we provide a 100% refund on your purchase price along with tons of other goodness like:
No restocking fees
No shipping deductions
No sneaky fine print stuff
No hidden charges
So what's the bottom line? All you have to do is ship the item back to us. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Then, we'll give you a full refund or exchange your item! It's that simple.
If an order is cancelled before the item ships then a full refund will be issued. If an order is cancelled after the item ships then we will deduct our original shipping fee from the refund. All returned Memory Foam Mattresses and Toppers that have not been opened and decompressed are treated as cancellations.
The cases of defect in our items are extremely rare. In fact, we receive damage claims less than 0.5% of all orders.
Here's where it gets better. If you happen to receive a defective item, we'll be more than happy to replace your product and pay for the new shipping fees.
That's how much we care about you!
Now, all we ask is for you to send us some pictures of the damage/ defect along with a picture of the tag of the mattress. All defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No exceptions. In the event the outer zippered cover damage, we will only send a replacement for the cover and not the entire mattress. This is equivalent to receiving a new sofa with a damaged cushion. It would only make sense to ship out a new cushion as opposed to a whole sofa!
Price change advisory
Since the prices of all our sleep products are subject to change periodically, we DO NOT give refunds on purchased items if the price becomes lower. This means you cannot ask to refund the price difference after buying our product.
One last thing...
If you sense an odor when you receive your mattress, this is perfectly normal. The smell is due to the packaging as the mattress is very tightly sealed which can trap in odor. However, this will be gone in a matter of time. All our mattresses are thoroughly tested for quality and safety.
